Your responsibilities
Analyze and design technical and business solutions, including business architecture, for advanced CRM processes.
Integrate REST API technologies to enhance system interoperability and data flow.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improve existing CRM Salesforce functionalities.
Utilize AsyncAPI protocols to facilitate asynchronous communication within the system.
Support deployment and maintenance of RabbitMQ messaging solutions (basic knowledge preferred).
Ensure seamless integration between CRM components and external systems.
Document technical solutions and contribute to architectural improvements.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM-related applications.
Our requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in system analysis or related fields.
Strong knowledge of REST technology.
Proven experience in developing architecture concepts for CRM solutions.
Practical understanding of CRM Salesforce platform.
Familiarity with AsyncAPI protocols.
Good command of Polish and a communicative level of English.
Optional
Basic knowledge of RabbitMQ messaging technology.
