What You’ll Do:

Monitor network performance and capacity to prevent user-impacting issues
Track and forecast usage for bandwidth, routers, firewalls and servers
Coordinate with architects and business teams on infrastructure changes
Standardize and improve capacity management processes globally
Use monitoring platforms (e.g., SevOne , Splunk ) to identify trends and improve services
Prioritize work to reduce outages and recurring problems
Share knowledge and help set capacity management standards

Hybrid work: 6 days per month from the office in Cracow

About you:

5+ years of experience in network engineering or capacity/performance management in large-scale environments
Solid understanding of network routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), high availability setups and SNMP
Familiar with monitoring concepts; experience with tools like SevOne or Splunk is a plus
Experience working with IT processes and tools such as Jira and Confluence
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Comfortable collaborating with multiple teams across different regions
Curious, proactive, and focused on improving services before issues arise
