Jeżeli posiadasz doświadczenie w administracji sieciami komputerowymi i chcesz rozwijać swoje kompetencje w środowiskach on-premises, hybrydowych oraz cloudowych, zapraszamy do udziału w rekrutacji. Zakres obowiązków Administracja, monitorowanie i utrzymanie środowisk sieciowych. Diagnozowanie oraz rozwiązywanie problemów związanych z infrastrukturą sieciową. Realizacja zmian w konfiguracji fizycznej i logicznej sieci. Wsparcie użytkowników i zespołów IT w ramach 2. linii wsparcia. Współpraca z Service Desk, zespołami infrastrukturalnymi, dostawcami oraz klientami. Tworzenie i aktualizacja dokumentacji technicznej i procedur operacyjnych. Identyfikowanie możliwości optymalizacji oraz wdrażanie usprawnień w istniejącej infrastrukturze sieciowej. Wymagania Doświadczenie i praktyczna wiedza z zakresu sieci IP, w szczególności: LAN Switching, Routing, SD-WAN. Znajomość usług sieciowych, takich jak DNS, DHCP oraz NTP. Znajomość technologii przewodowych i bezprzewodowych (Wi-Fi, 802.1x/EAP). Doświadczenie w pracy z urządzeniami sieciowymi, takimi jak: routery, przełączniki, kontrolery sieci bezprzewodowych, Access Pointy, firewalle. Znajomość konfiguracji sieciowej systemów Windows oraz Linux. Znajomość rozwiązań chmurowych (Azure, AWS lub GCP) oraz zagadnień związanych z administracją sieciową w środowiskach hybrydowych i cloudowych. Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (B2). Mile widziane Doświadczenie w pracy z rozwiązaniami Fortinet lub Zscaler. Doświadczenie w środowisku Managed Services lub organizacji pracującej w oparciu o SLA. Znajomość procesów ITIL (Incident Management, Change Management, Request Fulfilment, Escalation Management). Umiejętność efektywnej komunikacji z klientami oraz nastawienie na rozwiązywanie problemów. Klient oferuje Zatrudnienie w oparciu o umowę o pracę lub kontrakt B2B.
