Your responsibilities, Support and maintain enterprise LAN, wireless, switching, and network connectivity services across a global environment., Perform incident management, request fulfillment, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for network-related issues., Configure and support network switches, wireless access points, and enterprise network infrastructure components., Monitor network performance, availability, and operational health using enterprise monitoring platforms and tools., Execute infrastructure changes and operational improvements while following established change management procedures., Support network implementation projects, infrastructure upgrades, site deployments, and enterprise connectivity initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline., Experience supporting enterprise networking environments., Hands-on experience with LAN, WAN, wireless networking, routing, switching, and network administration., Experience supporting enterprise monitoring platforms such as SolarWinds or similar network management tools., Knowledge of Cisco networking technologies, Cisco ISE, wireless networking solutions, and network performance monitoring., Fluency in English is required.
