Location: Warsaw, Poland Working model: Hybrid – minimum 2 days per week from the Warsaw office Contract: B2B, initial 6-month contract with strong potential for long-term cooperation Project duration: Approximately 2–3 years Start date: Flexible We are looking for an experienced P2P Solution Architect to join a long-term transformation initiative focused on the development and optimisation of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes. In this role, you will work closely with the P2P business team, Solution Architects, Developers, Business Analysts and Project Managers to translate procurement, invoicing and payment requirements into scalable, efficient and integrated solutions. You will play a key role in shaping the solution architecture, with Basware serving as one of the core technologies. Your responsibilities Collaborating with the P2P team to gather, analyse and clarify business requirements related to procurement, invoicing and payment processes. Designing end-to-end P2P solutions using Basware and other relevant technologies. Translating business needs into scalable, efficient and maintainable solution architectures. Defining system integrations, data flows, interfaces and process workflows. Ensuring that proposed solutions follow architectural standards, industry best practices and business objectives. Providing technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle. Supporting project teams in resolving complex functional, technical and integration-related challenges. Preparing and delivering solution demonstrations, presentations and architecture documentation. Collaborating with Solution Architects, Developers, Business Analysts, Project Managers and business stakeholders. Acting as a subject matter expert in P2P technologies and processes. Staying up to date with developments and emerging trends within procurement, invoicing and payment solutions. What we are looking for Proven experience as a Solution Architect, preferably within Procure-to-Pay, Source-to-Pay or financial process transformation projects. Expertise in Basware. In-depth understanding of procurement, invoice processing, accounts payable and payment processes. Experience designing and implementing system integrations using APIs, EDI or other integration methods. Ability to create comprehensive solution architectures covering applications, integrations, data flows and business processes. Experience working with cloud-based technologies such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud Platform. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Confidence in presenting technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Professional fluency in English. Nice to have Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 or AX 2012. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA. Basware or other relevant professional certifications. Experience working within large international organisations or complex transformation programmes.
