Strong knowledge of data validation, cleansing, and dataset preparation
Ability to build, maintain, and troubleshoot payroll spreadsheets
Confident in handling large datasets and multiple data sources
Familiarity with GDPR and confidentiality requirements
Reliability, discretion, and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset
Payroll or finance qualification is an advantage but not essential
