Your responsibilities

Collect, validate, and prepare payroll data from internal sources
Maintain and update payroll spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and functionality
Identify and resolve data discrepancies, escalating issues when needed
Ensure timely preparation and delivery of all payroll data according to strict payroll deadlines
Support audits, reconciliations, and provide ad hoc reports
Collaborate with HR, managers, and the payroll team to complete or correct information
Protect sensitive employee data by following GDPR and confidentiality requirements
Monitor recurring issues in data inputs and propose improvements to prevent future errors

Minimum English level: C1
Experience in payroll or data‑processing environment
Advanced Excel skills (LOOKUPs, INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, PivotTables, conditional logic, data cleansing tools)
Strong knowledge of data validation, cleansing, and dataset preparation
Ability to build, maintain, and troubleshoot payroll spreadsheets
Confident in handling large datasets and multiple data sources
Familiarity with GDPR and confidentiality requirements
Reliability, discretion, and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset
Payroll or finance qualification is an advantage but not essential
Ideally located near Poznań, with flexibility to travel to the office if required
