For our Client, an international company, we are looking for

Payroll Specialist with Spanish or Portuguese (m/f)

Work place: Warszawa

Requirements

2+ years of experience in payroll, HR operations or a similar role,
good understanding of payroll processes and data verification,
strong attention to detail and analytical skills,
experience working with external payroll providers and multiple stakeholders,
good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines,
ability to identify discrepancies and coordinate their resolution,
good command of English Spanish or Portuguese, both written and spoken,
knowledge of payroll-related legislation would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

coordinating the payroll process and ensuring data accuracy and completeness,
preparing data and files for the external payroll provider,
reviewing payroll results, including payslips, bank files, GL files and payroll reports,
coordinating payroll corrections, including underpayments, overpayments and rejected payments,
monitoring process timelines, KPIs, SLAs and service quality,
cooperating with external payroll providers and HR, Finance and Legal teams,
monitoring legal changes and supporting their implementation in payroll processes,
identifying opportunities to improve and standardize payroll processes.
