Your responsibilities
Lead the architecture and design of Pega-based solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Drive change and innovation within the organization by introducing best practices and modern approaches.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and governance.
Our requirements
This is the right role for you if you have:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Pega architecture and development.
• Proven expertise in CLM frameworks and related integrations.
• Strong understanding of Pega design principles and implementation strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability in delivering complex projects.
• Ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Your background and skills include:
• Pega CLSA certification.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
• Knowledge of integration patterns and API management.
It would be ideal if you also:
• Know KYC framework in PEGA.
• Live in 3City, Poland.
