Key tasks:
Lead and develop the team, including hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and professional growth.
Manage task and resource allocation, prioritization, and day-to-day team operations.
Track team performance, provide regular feedback, and ensure predictable delivery.
Foster collaboration and continuous improvement, while proactively managing risks, blockers, and dependencies.
Develop new user-facing features.
Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability.
Participate in code reviews and architecture decisions.
Write functional tests.
Your background:
5+ years of active experience with PHP, with a strong understanding of the latest versions.
Strong knowledge and practical experience with Symfony Framework (3+ years).
2+ years of experience in a Team Lead / management position.
Experience with API-based systems (REST, RPC).
Significant experience with high-load databases.
Experience with SQS/RabbitMQ or similar technologies.
Experience with Redis/Memcache or similar technologies.
Experience writing unit and functional tests.
Experience with Docker configuration.
