PMO & Implementation Manager w Warszawa, Polska

Your responsibilities, Managing implementation projects from planning and preparation through testing, go-live and stabilisation., Coordinating new client implementations and extensions of existing projects., Creating project schedules and monitoring timelines, dependencies, risks and key milestones., Coordinating cooperation between Operations, IT, Development, Infrastructure, Sales, HR, Training and other supporting functions., Working with technology teams on the implementation of AI solutions and other digital solutions., Organising and coordinating testing activities, including UAT, and preparation for production launch., Identifying issues and blockers and coordinating actions to resolve them., Leading project meetings and preparing status updates, reports and presentations for key stakeholders., Maintaining ongoing communication with clients and internal teams involved in the project.

Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, implementation, transition management or a similar area., Experience managing complex projects and coordinating multiple teams., Experience working with clients or external stakeholders., Ability to plan and monitor project schedules, risks, dependencies and budgets., Ability to combine business and technology perspectives., Strong ownership, accountability and analytical skills., Very good command of English and Polish.

Optional, Experience in Contact Centre, Customer Experience or BPO environments., Experience working on projects related to AI, automation, SaaS or digital transformation., Knowledge of CRM, telecommunications or other technologies supporting customer service operations., Experience working with IT, Development or Engineering teams., Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, https://jobeax.com/link/LeyQ27NGLfy1QT3j, Smartsheet or similar tools., Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, PRINCE2 or PMI/PMP methodologies.
