We are looking for an experienced Portfolio & Program Manager to support the operational management of a multi-product Data & AI portfolio. You will work closely with product, technology, and business leaders to drive planning, execution, governance, and cross-functional collaboration in an agile environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate portfolio planning and execution across multiple products and teams. Lead recurring governance forums, portfolio reviews, and stakeholder meetings. Track actions, milestones, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID). Support delivery teams by removing blockers and driving alignment across functions. Manage portfolio communications, reporting, and updates for senior leadership. Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to understand business needs and priorities. Monitor budgets, timelines, and portfolio performance metrics. Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams. Support the maintenance and operational readiness of project environments when required. Occasionally travel internationally to support portfolio activities. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Portfolio Management, Program Management, PMO, or Delivery Management. Strong understanding of Agile ways of working. Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives and multiple stakeholders. Proven ability to work with senior leadership and executive stakeholders. Experience with portfolio governance, planning, risk management, and reporting. Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills. Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. Fluent English. Nice to Have Experience within Data & AI, Analytics, or Digital Transformation programs. PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certifications. Experience in global or matrix organizations.
