• Developing technological documentation for current and new launches.
• Development of production processes in the Industry 4.0 concept.
• Supervision over technology standards, instructions and requirements in the aviation industry.
• Conducting 8D analyses and implementing corrective actions.
• Improving and optimizing production processes through active search and testing of new solutions. analyses and reports.
• Monitoring production indicators and preparing ongoing analyses and reports.

• Master degree in engineering.
• 2-3 years of experience working in a similar position (aviation or automotive industry) for machining are (grinding or/ and milling).
• Very good ability to read technical drawings – geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
• Required knowledge of English at a level that allows free communication , reading and creating documentation.
• Good knowledge of MS Office software, with particular emphasis on practical use of spreadsheets (MS Excel) and MS PowerPoint.
• Analytical and communication skills and good work organization.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles in practice.
• Catia V5 knowledge.
• Power BI knowledge will be an additional advantage.

SAFRAN AIRCRAFT ENGINES POLAND based in Sędziszów Małopolski is a leading leader in the aviation industry market and one of the most dynamically developing companies from the Aviation Valley. The factory, which has been operating since 2017 and employs over 300 people, produces turbine blades for the LEAP-1A and LEAP-1B engines.
In 2023, together with the French branch of Safran Aircraft Engines, a Research and Development Center was established in Rzeszów. Over 250 engineers will be employed here. In the newly established office, engineers will deal with various types of simulations relating to components of the entire aircraft engine.
