Your responsibilities

Developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes for UAV components.

Setting up and optimizing CNC machining processes, including parameters, tools, and production sequences.

Supporting the introduction of new products into production.

Developing and improving balancing processes for rotating components.

Preparing and maintaining technological and production documentation.

Creating clear work instructions and SOPs for production operators.

Supporting assembly and testing processes.

Troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions.

Cooperation with mechanical design, R&D, quality, and production teams.

Supporting the development and improvement of test benches and production equipment.

Collecting and analyzing production and test data.

Identifying opportunities to automate repetitive engineering and production tasks.

Using AI tools to accelerate documentation, process analysis, troubleshooting, and engineering work.

AI-first engineering

AI is an integral part of our engineering workflow.

A key part of this role will be using LLMs such as ChatGPT or Claude to accelerate the creation and improvement of production documentation.

You will use AI tools to:

generate initial drafts of SOPs and assembly instructions;

transform information from production videos, audio recordings, and technical notes into structured work instructions;

improve and standardize production documentation;

quickly research technical solutions and troubleshoot production issues;

automate repetitive documentation and engineering tasks.

You will also use basic Python to create or modify scripts for test benches, data collection, measurements, or production automation.

Zakres obowiązków:

Opracowywanie, wdrażanie i optymalizacja procesów produkcyjnych komponentów silników elektrycznych oraz powiązanych zespołów.

Konfigurowanie i optymalizacja procesów obróbki CNC, w tym parametrów obróbki, narzędzi i kolejności operacji.

Wsparcie procesu wyważania elementów wirujących, w tym rotorów i zespołów silnikowych.

Analizowanie problemów produkcyjnych oraz wdrażanie działań korygujących.

Tworzenie i aktualizacja dokumentacji technicznej, instrukcji montażowych oraz standardowych procedur operacyjnych (SOP).

Współpraca z zespołami produkcji, konstrukcji mechanicznych, elektroniki i R&D.

Wsparcie produkcji prototypowej, testów oraz wdrażania produkcji seryjnej.

Identyfikowanie możliwości poprawy wydajności, powtarzalności, jakości i czasu cyklu produkcyjnego.

Wykorzystywanie narzędzi LLM, takich jak ChatGPT i Claude, do tworzenia oraz usprawniania instrukcji SOP na podstawie nagrań wideo, materiałów audio i notatek technicznych.

Wykorzystywanie podstaw Pythona do automatyzacji zadań oraz wspierania gromadzenia i analizy danych, a także obsługi stanowisk testowych.

Poszukiwanie możliwości wdrażania AI i automatyzacji w procesach produkcyjnych.

Our requirements

Experience in Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Production Technology.

Practical experience with CNC machining and production processes.

Understanding of machining parameters, tooling, tolerances, and manufacturing documentation.

Experience developing or optimizing production processes.

Experience preparing work instructions, SOPs, or technological documentation.

Experience with balancing of rotating components will be a strong advantage.

Basic Python programming skills.

Willingness to actively use AI/LLM tools in everyday engineering work.

Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Ability to work closely with production operators and engineering teams.

English sufficient for technical documentation and communication.

Nice to have

Experience with electric motors or rotating machinery.

Experience with balancing rotors or other rotating components.

Experience programming or supporting CNC machines.

Experience with production/test automation.

Experience working with test benches and measurement systems.

Experience using Python for data acquisition, testing, or automation.

Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.

Experience in UAV, aerospace, automotive, robotics, or precision manufacturing.

Wymagania:

Praktyczne doświadczenie w wykorzystaniu narzędzi LLM, takich jak ChatGPT lub Claude, do tworzenia dokumentacji technicznej lub automatyzacji pracy.

Podstawowa znajomość Pythona umożliwiająca pisanie lub modyfikowanie skryptów do testowania, przetwarzania danych lub automatyzacji.

Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia i rozwiązywania problemów.

Gotowość do pracy w 100% stacjonarnej w Bielsku-Białej.

Znajomość języka angielskiego umożliwiająca pracę z dokumentacją techniczną.

Mile widziane

Doświadczenie z silnikami elektrycznymi, rotorami, statorami, serwomechanizmami lub komponentami UAV.

Doświadczenie w programowaniu CNC lub obsłudze oprogramowania CAM.

Znajomość Lean Manufacturing, analizy przyczyn źródłowych i metod ciągłego doskonalenia.

Doświadczenie w pracy ze stanowiskami testowymi, systemami pomiarowymi lub testami automatycznymi.

Doświadczenie we wdrażaniu narzędzi AI w procesach produkcyjnych.
