Process Technician

Your responsibilities
- Provide technological support for the production line.
- Supervision and improvement of production processes.
- Implementation of engineering changes.
- Development of process documentation.
- Provide training for Production Assembly.
- Operators for current and new processes/equipment.
- Development of material and time norms and their administration in the ERP.
- Participation in the acceptance of machinery and equipment.
- Participation in projects led by process engineers.
- Repairs and ongoing maintenance of technical equipment, service contact.
Our requirements
- Minimum secondary education in automation, electrical, mechatronics or other related field.
- Experience in a similar position in the area of: production engineering or maintenance.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Familiarity with and practical ability to use the MS Office package.
- Analytical and creative approach to problem solving demonstrated through examples.
- Good organization of own work and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Conscientiousness and consistency in completing tasks.
- Consistently behaves in accordance with AFL values and principles.
- Fluency in Polish and English (B1/B2, written and spoken).
