About the project, We are looking for a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for defining data contracts, acquiring and transforming data, building analytical aggregates, and delivering actionable recommendations that influence product strategy and growth., , Model: Remote, Start: ASAP, Language: English B2+, Polish required

Your responsibilities, Define and maintain data contracts for new product initiatives, Design and develop data pipelines and ETL processes, Analyze user behavior and clickstream data to identify product opportunities, Build datasets and analytical models supporting business decisions, Create reports and dashboards for Product Managers and stakeholders, Deliver recommendations based on data insights to support product development

Very good knowledge of SQL, Experience building and maintaining ETL processes, Experience with clickstream analysis, Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio (Data Studio), or similar, Fluent Polish (native level), English at B2+ level

Optional, Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Experience with Python for data processing and analytics, Experience in product analytics within e-commerce environments
