We don't write code by hand anymore.
At Boldare, AI isn't a tool we added to our stack. It's the way we think, build, and deliver. Since 2023, our engineers have been working AI-first not because it's trendy, but because it's the only way to do serious work at the speed clients need today.
We're not looking for a frontend developer or a backend developer. We're looking for a Product Engineer someone who can talk to a client, understand the real problem, build the solution, and take ownership of the outcome. All of it. With AI as your second brain.
Salary:
Medior: 10 000 - 16 000 zł PLN/net B2B
Senior: 16 000 - 24 000 zł PLN/net B2B
What you'll actually do
- Work directly with clients from early discovery through delivery. No proxy, no PM buffer.
- Build end-to-end solutions across the stack backend-heavy, but you don't say "that's not my job" when the front needs fixing.
- Use AI tools daily for coding, QA, architecture decisions, and anything else that makes you faster and sharper.
- Build AI-powered features and integrations: agents, LLM-based workflows, RAG systems this is where the work is heading.
- Help clients understand what's possible with AI, not just deliver what they asked for.
What we're looking for
Must have:
- Strong backend experience in Java, .NET, PHP, or JS/TS we care about engineering thinking, not the specific language
- Real, daily use of AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar) not "I've tried it," but "I build with it"
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) you've integrated at least one into a real project
- Comfort working directly with clients and stakeholders you can run a technical conversation without someone translating for you
- Full-stack capability you're backend-strong, but you can handle frontend tasks when needed
- English & Polish written and spoken, confidently
Nice to have:
- Experience building agentic systems, RAG pipelines, or AI-powered automations
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and context design, you know that "just ask ChatGPT" is not a strategy
- Consulting or product mindset you've been in rooms where the problem wasn't fully defined yet and you didn't freeze
What you won't find anywhere else
- Unlimited AI tokens we cover Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and more. No personal expense, no approval process, no $20/month cap.
- Freedom to choose your tools if a new model drops and you want to try it, try it.
- Clients who are early adopters you'll work with companies in the Gulf, Europe, and the US who are actively transforming with AI. Not "we're thinking about it" they're already in.
- Small teams, real ownership . You're not a ticket-taker.
- A team that's been doing Agile since before it was a buzzword and is now doing the same with AI.
About Boldare
We're a software company that helps businesses build and transform with AI. We've been called pioneers of Agile in Poland. Now we're building the same kind of edge around AI-native delivery.
We work across time zones, mostly async, with clients who trust us to figure things out not just execute specs.
If you're the kind of engineer who reads about new models on weekends not because you have to, but because you want to you'll fit in here.
The honest part
We won't convince you that AI is important. You already know. We're looking for people who've already decided and want a place that matches that energy.
If your current job has a $20/month AI budget and a Jira board full of tickets, we might be what you're looking for.
