About the project, We are currently seeking for Mid-Level Product Manager role to join our Marketplace - Partner Activation Tech Team. Your responsibilities, Building new product-business lines: Own the full product lifecycle – from initial vision and MVP validation to full-scale rollout of new services within Allegro., Integration and partnerships: Coordinate collaboration with external service providers, ensuring their solutions seamlessly connect with Allegro’s core infrastructure (including payments, search, UX, and loyalty programs)., Building data heavy products: Work with ML/DS team, building data products for millions of Allegro Customers., Managing complexity: Work at the intersection of business vision and technical requirements, ensuring new products are scalable, secure, and highly intuitive for the end-user., Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with engineers, UX Designers, and existing Allegro business units to maintain user experience consistency across the entire ecosystem.
Proven experience as a Product Manager handling complex digital products., A strong track record of operating successfully in dynamic environments where business ambitions require agile technological integration., Ability to understand complex algorithmic solutions, experience with ML/DS products and big data projects., Outstanding ability to align external partner perspectives, technical requirements, and user needs into a single, cohesive product roadmap., Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills., Knowledge of data transformation tools/languages (SQL/Python)., English at minimum B2 level and Polish at minimum C1 level.
