Doświadczonego Product Managera (preferowane doświadczenie z obszaru farmacji/medycyny), który: samodzielnie prowadzi projekty od pomysłu do realizacji, pilnując harmonogramów, budżetów i jakości wykonania, sprawnie koordynuje współpracę wielu zespołów jednocześnie i potrafi łączyć perspektywę biznesową, organizacyjną i komunikacyjną, dobrze odnajduje się w środowisku eksperckim i potrafi współpracować z autorami, partnerami, ekspertami i interesariuszami, myśli analitycznie, działa odpowiedzialnie i dowozi tematy, nawet gdy projekt ma milion elementów i każdy „na wczoraj”, ma doświadczenie w prowadzeniu projektów edukacyjnych, wydawniczych, eventowych lub contentowych. Co będziesz robić? Prowadzić i koordynować projekty edukacyjne – od etapu koncepcji po wdrożenie i rozliczenie, Zarządzać harmonogramami, zadaniami, priorytetami oraz przepływem informacji między działami, Współtworzyć i wdrażać nowe inicjatywy, szkolenia, konferencje, webinary i projekty contentowe, Współpracować z zespołami marketingu, sprzedaży, redakcji i organizacji wydarzeń, Koordynować współpracę z autorami, ekspertami, partnerami i podwykonawcami, Dbać o spójność komunikacji projektowej oraz jakość realizowanych działań, Monitorować postęp projektów, identyfikować ryzyka i proponować rozwiązania, Wspierać realizację działań prowadzonych we współpracy z partnerami i sponsorami.
