Na tym stanowisku będziesz blisko współpracować z zespołami projektowymi, pomagając podejmować decyzje biznesowe i dbać o rentowność programów od etapu oferty aż do rozpoczęcia produkcji seryjnej.
Zakres obowiązków:
Współpraca z Managerami Projektów w zakresie monitorowania i poprawy rentowności realizowanych programów
Analiza kosztów i marż produktów oraz identyfikowanie obszarów wpływających na wynik finansowy projektu
Kalkulacje kosztowe związane z materiałami, procesem produkcyjnym, zakupami, inwestycjami oraz cenami dla klientów
Monitorowanie realizacji planów poprawy rentowności i wspieranie zespołów w osiąganiu założonych celów finansowych
Przygotowywanie analiz oraz rekomendacji wspierających decyzje biznesowe
Ścisła współpraca z działami Produkcji, Inżynierii, Zakupów, Sprzedaży oraz Finansów
Wymagania:
2-3 lata doświadczenia pracy w roli kontrolera finansowego
Znajomość procesów kalkulacji kosztów, kontrolingu produkcji, analiz finansowych lub inżynierii procesów
Microsoft Excel
Język angielski - B2/C1
Mile widziane / opcjonalne:
Znajomość SAP lub innego systemu ERP
Doświadczenie pracy w branży automotive lub lotniczej
Ukończone studia na kierunku Księgowość / Finanse / Ekonomia lub kierunki techniczne
