IT Specialist Trainee

The IT Specialist Traineeship at Andersen offers an opportunity to gain practical experience, strengthen professional competencies, and start your journey in one of the following tracks:

• Business Analysis

• Go Development

Depending on the selected track, you will develop expertise either in requirements analysis and business processes or in backend development using modern technologies. In both cases, you will work on practical tasks, expand your understanding of software development, and gain skills that are directly applicable to commercial projects.

Applications are open in Poland : candidates from Warsaw and Kraków attend the program in-office, while participants from other cities across Poland can join online.

ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

Your Responsibilities

• Participate in an intensive professional training program;
• Complete practical project-oriented assignments;
• Develop technical or analytical competencies within your chosen track;
• Work with tools, technologies, and approaches used in modern software development;
• Collaborate with mentors and receive regular feedback;
• Continuously improve professional and communication skills.

Who we are looking for

Motivated candidates who see their future in IT, are ready for intensive growth, enjoy learning new things, and are eager to develop either analytical or technical expertise.

Recquirements

Business Analysis:

• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (verbal communication);

• Completed Business Analysis courses;

• Strong theoretical knowledge of Business Analysis;

• Willingness to communicate extensively, ask questions, and dive into details;

• A desire to grow in Business Analysis and IT;

• Knowledge of SQL, software architecture, software development lifecycle, requirements management, UML, and web technologies (API, REST, SOAP) will be an advantage;

• Experience in healthcare, finance (banking, insurance, accounting, auditing), consulting, or international law will be an advantage;

• German proficiency at Intermediate level or higher will be an advantage.

Go Development:

• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher;

• Strong theoretical knowledge of the Go programming language;

• Knowledge of fundamental data structures;

• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles;

• Knowledge of relational databases;

• Understanding of testing fundamentals and experience writing unit tests;

• Knowledge of Git principles and experience with version control systems;

• Educational, pet, or test projects;

• Knowledge of REST API principles will be an advantage;

• Understanding of concurrency and multithreaded programming in Go will be an advantage;

• Technical background will be an advantage;

• German proficiency at Intermediate level or higher will be an advantage.

For both tracks:
