Currently, for one of our clients: a global technology leader focusing on intelligent infrastructure for decentralised energy systems, automation and digitisation of process and manufacturing industries, as well as intelligent mobility solutions for the road and rail transport industry, we are looking for people to fill the position: Project Management Assistant (m/f). Twoje zadania
review, commenting and negotiation of non-disclosure agreements for the Global Sales team,
credit rating requests and coordination with the credit rating experts,
development and alignment of logistic concepts for the global compression projects in alignment with bid management, tax, customs & VAT departments,
calculation for installation and commissioning projects, review and commenting of contracts.
Twoje kwalifikacje
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar,
initial experience in commercial project management or sales, contract management, finance & logistics,
strong analytical and organizational skills,
ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously in an international environment,
good understanding of commercial risks and contractual frameworks,
proficiency in Microsoft Office applications,
fluent English,
willingness to travel for business (once every 2–3 months).
