Role overview We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Integration Coordinator to support a global SAP S/4HANA rollout program. This role is focused on coordinating integration activities across SAP S/4HANA and external business systems, with a strong emphasis on ensuring readiness for integration and end-to-end testing. It is an ideal opportunity for someone with project coordination experience and a solid understanding of SAP landscapes and system integrations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate integration activities between SAP S/4HANA and external Sales & Logistics systems. Ensure readiness for integration and end-to-end testing by managing dependencies, prerequisites, and cross-functional activities. Track project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and open action items. Coordinate communication across SAP teams, business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors. Drive alignment between multiple workstreams to ensure successful delivery of integration milestones. Support project governance by providing regular status updates and ensuring transparency across stakeholders. Integration Landscape The role will primarily focus on integrations with: Magento Salesforce WMS Other Sales&Logistics applications within the project scope Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or Integration Coordinator. Experience working on SAP or ERP implementation/rollout projects. Good understanding of system integrations and cross-application dependencies. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience coordinating multiple teams in complex, international environments. Experience with SAP S/4HANA projects is a strong advantage. Please note: This is not a functional SAP Consultant role. The focus is on project coordination, integration management, and cross-team collaboration.
