Project Manager - Risk Management (F/M) | 50% FTE | 12-month contract w Łódź, Polska

Recruitment for, We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a cross-functional project focused on the implementation of a new Third-Party / Supplier Risk Management framework., , The project involves close cooperation between Procurement, IT Security, Risk Management and Legal teams and will focus on establishing and implementing effective governance mechanisms for managing risks related to external suppliers., , , The project is planned to start in October/November 2026 and is expected to run until approximately September 2027.

Your responsibilities, Coordinate the implementation of a supplier / third-party risk management program, Lead and coordinate activities across Procurement, IT Security, Risk Management and Legal, Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, deliverables and priorities, Coordinate stakeholders and facilitate alignment between different functions, Organize project meetings, workshops and working sessions, Support the design and implementation of risk management frameworks, processes and governance mechanisms, Monitor project progress, deliverables, risks and dependencies, Identify potential issues and coordinate their resolution with relevant stakeholders, Support decision-making by preparing status updates, analyses and recommendations, Ensure effective communication across project stakeholders, Monitor the implementation and adoption of the new supplier risk management framework, Contribute to the successful delivery of the project within agreed timelines

Several years of experience in Project Management / Program Management, Proven experience managing cross-functional projects, Experience in one or more of the following areas: Risk Management, Third-Party Risk, Vendor Risk, Supplier Risk, Procurement, Compliance, IT Security or Governance, Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, Experience working with multiple business functions and senior stakeholders, Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities, Ability to structure complex topics and translate them into actionable plans, Fluent English

Optional, Experience with designing or implementing processes, frameworks or governance models will be an advantage
