Your responsibilities
- Managing technology projects in the areas of Hardware, Embedded Systems, Software, IOT, and R&D
- Coordinating 3 project teams of 4–8 people
- Planning sprints, tracking progress, and reporting project status
- Preparing workload estimates and timelines for specific deliverables and milestones, helping the team stay aligned and projects run smoothly.
- Ensuring the team clearly understands sprint goals and upcoming deliverables
- Supporting the team in creating precise and unambiguous task descriptions
- Collaborating with technical teams and clients
- Ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget compliance
- Maintaining project documentation and internal communication
Our requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing technology projects
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Openness to new technologies and willingness to grow in a dynamic environment
- Fluent English (spoken and written) – must-have
- Strong product ownership skills are essential — we’re looking for someone who builds a deep understanding of customer needs, translates them into clear project requirements, and communicates them effectively to the team.
- Project management certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) – nice to have
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. YouTrack, Jira)
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn and innovate
