Experience: Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing., ISTQB Certificate (Foundation level or higher)., Polish: Excellent / Fluent (C1 / Native) – must-have, English: Advanced (C1 minimum) for daily international communication., Domain Knowledge: Proven track record in international projects within the financial sector (FinTech / Banking)., AI & Modern Tech: Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI tools and AI-driven testing practices to optimize QA workflows., Solid experience in both automated and manual testing methodologies., Strong background in creating automated test suites and integrating them with CI/CD workflows., Experience working within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem (Azure DevOps, Azure Cloud environment/services)., Ability to work effectively in an Agile team environment.
