Handle customer requests in cooperation with corporate and local functions.
Respond to questions related to customers’ supplier approval procedures.
Define product specifications in cooperation with corporate and local functions.
Maintain sales product-related documentation.
Support the Quality Coordination Centre in preparing appropriate responses to customers and, where required, communicate directly with customers.
Support local teams by providing specifically requested reports on customer feedback.
Support the implementation of customer requirements in close cooperation with local teams.
Support Customer audits
Prepare to take on the role of an internal auditor in the areas of quality and product safety under the supervision of the local SHEQ function.
Our requirements
Fluent Polish (exchange on local level is in Polish)
English fluent at upper-intermediate level (exchange on corporate level is in English).
German at upper-intermediate level.
University degree, preferably with a specialization in food science or chemistry, or secondary education combined with relevant professional experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within food production.
Good working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of technology and quality standards in the food production environment.
Systematic and self-confident approach to work.
Strong team-working skills.
Strong customer orientation.
Driving license.
Optional
Knowledge of sugar technology.
Knowledge of an additional foreign language.
Experience as an SAP user.
Internal auditor certification in one or more of the following standards: ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, IFS or BRC.
