Your responsibilities
- processing of customer complaints in accordance with company procedures
- maintaining and building relationships with customers
- performing LPA/Product/Process/DTLD/Qualification audits
- independently analysing and solving quality problems
- conducting quality reconciliations of delivered products
- drafting and updating documents and control plans
- initiating corrective and preventive actions
- liaising with managers of operational departments
Our requirements
- engineering/technical education
- experience in a similar position in the automotive industry (min. 2 years), experience in the injection process is welcome
- English language skills, allowing for free communication
- knowledge of G8D, FMEA, PPAP, Control Plan tools
- communication and organisational skills
- analytical skills
- ability to work under time pressure
- orientation to objectives and customer needs
