Development of new and legacy embedded software for ABB Excitation projects in C++
Dealing with internal and external resources
Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)
Working as a part of an agile software development team
Specification, implementation, test and documentation of object-oriented real-time embedded software
Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
Collaborate with product and other software development teams
Comply with project plans and industry standards
Ensure software is updated with latest feature
Our requirements
Proven work experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer, minimum 5 years in C/C++
Knowhow in DevOps/CICD, Git, Azure
Team player and also able to work independently in a distributed, diverse collaboration environment
Ability to document requirements and specifications
Ability for fast learning
BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
Fluent English, German as an asset
