Your responsibilities
Manage end-to end recruitment processes.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and perform background checks.
Advise hiring managers on candidate selections and assist in compensation negotiations.
Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, social media, etc.)
Use our ATS and different trackers to prepare recruitment reports.
Play a representative role at job fairs and career days.
Promote the company positively to candidates and uphold ethical recruiting standards.
Our requirementsStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of German at min. C1 level and knowledge of English at min. B2 level.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
Willingness to work in a hybrid model from our office (in Katowice or Lublin or Szczecin or Warsaw)
