This is how we work, agile

Your responsibilities, Manage release processes and deployment activities across all target environments., Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation., Develop and maintain automation scripts and Infrastructure as Code solutions., Coordinate software deployments with manufacturing engineering, development, QA, and IT teams., Provision, configure, and maintain application environments, infrastructure, and Linux-based systems., Monitor application and infrastructure health, performance, logging, and alerting solutions., Support containerized environments, high availability, and platform reliability initiatives., Implement DevSecOps best practices and contribute to secure software delivery processes., Improve software engineering, deployment, and operational processes through automation and continuous improvement., Lead Go-Live activities and ensure successful production releases., Travel and fieldwork, including international travel, may be required.

Minimum of bachelor’s degree in computer science or Electrical Engineering., Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, deployment engineering, or release management., Experience in working with DevOps and Agile methodologies., Working knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle., Experience with CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment automation., Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, and scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python., Experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools, such as Terraform or Ansible., Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Linux administration, and modern application infrastructure., Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability solutions (ELK Stack or similar)., Knowledge of PostgreSQL, and FerretDB is an advantage., Working knowledge of Git-based version control systems such as GitHub and Bitbucket., Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and secure software delivery., Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken., Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
