For our Client, an international organisation, we are looking for a Reporting Operations Manager to lead a specialist reporting function and ensure high-quality, accurate and timely reporting. This is a managerial role combining team leadership, operational oversight and stakeholder management, with an opportunity to have a real impact on reporting processes, controls and continuous improvement.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in a managerial role within transaction or regulatory reporting,
experience gained in a regulated financial services environment,
strong knowledge of regulatory reporting processes and requirements,
experience with reporting controls, issue management and process improvement,
strong stakeholder management and communication skills,
experience working with Technology and other cross-functional teams,
strong analytical skills; experience with SQL and large data,
sets would be an advantage,
very good command of English.
Responsibilities
lead and develop a team responsible for regulatory reporting,
oversee the quality, accuracy and timeliness of reporting processes,
ensure effective controls and processes are in place and continuously improved,
manage reporting issues and coordinate their resolution with relevant stakeholders,
monitor regulatory developments and support the implementation of required changes,
cooperate closely with Technology, Risk, Compliance and other business functions,
support reporting governance, audits and external reviews,
act as a subject matter expert and key point of contact for regulatory reporting matters.
