Inspect and assess the technical condition of wind turbine blades
Identify, document, and report damage and repair activities
Perform high-quality blade repairs in accordance with industry standards and project deadlines
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
Complete accurate service reports and technical documentation
Our requirements
Valid IRATA Level 1, 2, or 3 certification (mandatory)
Proven experience in blade repair or composite/laminating work
Experience with OEMs such as Vestas, Siemens Gamesa, or Enercon is an advantage
Good physical condition and confidence working at heights
Willingness to travel internationally and work in rotational systems
Good level of English
Valid Category B driving license
