Będziesz odpowiadać za całościowe projektowanie architektury i procesów docelowych (future-state design) w obszarze Order-to-Pay (O2P / P2P), od momentu złożenia zapotrzebowania, przez realizację zamówienia i e-fakturowanie, po procesy podatkowe, płatności oraz rozliczanie wydatków pracowniczych (T&E).
Jakie będą Twoje zadania?
Projektowanie procesów docelowych (future-state design) w obszarze Order-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay (O2P/P2P).
Prowadzenie warsztatów zbierania i analizy wymagań biznesowych, operacyjnych i systemowych (requirements gathering).
Projektowanie i optymalizacja kanałów zakupowych i płatniczych (buying and paying channels).
Współtworzenie architektury rozwiązań (solution architecture) integrującej systemy zakupowe, ERP oraz platformy serwisowe.
Projektowanie docelowego modelu operacyjnego (Operating Model Design) dla zespołów operacyjnych P2P i Accounts Payable.
Merytoryczne wsparcie w procesie ewaluacji i doboru dostawców technologii (vendor evaluation support).
