SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Start: wrzesień 2026
Umowa o pracę lub B2B
* aktywne pozyskiwanie nowych klientów B2B, przede wszystkim na rynku polskim,
* rozwój i obsługa portfela obecnych klientów,
* prowadzenie negocjacji handlowych,
* budowanie i utrzymywanie długofalowych relacji z klientami i partnerami,
* współpraca z dystrybutorem na rynku polskim,
* koordynacja bieżącej współpracy pomiędzy klientami a centralą firmy we Włoszech,
* wsparcie rozwoju sprzedaży na wybranych rynkach zagranicznych, w szczególności w Wielkiej Brytanii i Europie Wschodniej,
* udział w spotkaniach z klientami oraz targach branżowych,
* wsparcie organizacyjne przy rozwoju struktur firmy w Polsce,
* okazjonalne podróże służbowe do Włoch oraz na obsługiwane rynki zagraniczne.
* doświadczenie w sprzedaży B2B lub Business Development,
* doświadczenie w aktywnym pozyskiwaniu i rozwijaniu klientów,
* umiejętność prowadzenia negocjacji i budowania relacji biznesowych,
* biegła znajomość języka angielskiego - warunek konieczny,
* bardzo mile widziana znajomość języka włoskiego,
* samodzielność i bardzo dobra organizacja pracy,
* gotowość do podróży służbowych,
* doświadczenie w branży FMCG, detergentów, środków czystości lub produktów do AGD będzie dodatkowym atutem.
* samodzielne stanowisko z realnym wpływem na rozwój sprzedaży w Polsce,
* możliwość uczestniczenia w budowaniu struktur firmy na polskim rynku,
* bezpośrednią współpracę z centralą firmy we Włoszech,
* pracę w międzynarodowym środowisku,
* możliwość rozwoju wraz z rozbudową działalności firmy,
* pracę hybrydową,
* umowę o pracę lub współpracę B2B,
* wynagrodzenie ustalane indywidualnie, adekwatnie do doświadczenia.
