Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
Good command of English
Nice to Have
Experience in the finance or stock exchange industry
Certifications such as PSM II, SAFe SM, or PMI-ACP
Knowledge of Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Spotify Model)
Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices

About the Project
As a Scrum Master , you will support Agile teams in the finance/stock exchange industry , ensuring the adoption of Agile principles, facilitating Scrum events, and driving continuous improvement. You will work closely with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to optimize workflow efficiency.
