Your profile

• hands‑on experience with Oracle BRM, ECE, PDC, and OCOMC;
• strong technical expertise in:
• ECE, Oracle Coherence, online charging concepts, traffic data, and CDRs
• BRM opcodes, CM, DM, REL
• Suspense recycling and REL rejection clearance
• OCOMC and cartridge configuration
• solid understanding of RxDOD framework, end‑to‑end architecture , and BRM integrations with Siebel, OSM, and AIA;
• strong debugging, performance analysis, and log monitoring skills;
• good understanding of Diameter protocols (Gy, Sy, etc.) and ability to analyze Diameter traces;
• experience working in distributed onshore/offshore delivery models;
• ability to write and understand SQL queries and solid knowledge of Oracle Database concepts;
• hands‑on experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools, including incident, problem, and change management;
• experience using Confluence, Jira , and similar collaboration tools;
• exposure to automation, scripting, and performance testing;
• experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Git) and configuration management;
• strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changes in target architecture.

Nice to have:

• Oracle BRM / ECE certification;
• exposure to PCRF and OCS integration;
• knowledge of Cloud‑Native technologies, Kubernetes;
• good understanding of 3GPP charging standards (4G / 5G).
