Drive Back-Office Transformation as a Senior IT Analyst! Łódź-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month). As a Senior IT Analyst, you will be working for our client, one of the leaders in online banking, on designing and driving the evolution of IT solutions supporting back-office operations. You will play a key role in defining technology strategies, shaping software architecture, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing systems. Working closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and managers, you will contribute to strategic transformation initiatives while identifying opportunities to optimize processes, introduce innovative technologies, and improve operational efficiency across the organization. Your main responsibilities: Define and execute the IT development strategy for back-office solutions in the records management and archive domainDesign software architecture with a focus on performance, scalability, data capacity, and securityGather and define functional and non-functional requirements based on business needsEstablish performance monitoring strategies for IT solutionsDefine project objectives, success criteria, and implementation goalsCoordinate the work of development teams throughout project deliveryCollaborate with managers and key business stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectivesMonitor technology trends and evaluate emerging solutionsRecommend process improvements, tools, and IT systems to optimize business operationsShare knowledge and promote the adoption of new technologies across the organizationYou're ideal for this role if you have: Experience designing and implementing technology solutions for back-office systems, preferably within the financial sectorProven experience delivering complex optimization or transformation projects in a technical leadership or similar roleStrong knowledge of system integration, APIs, and web servicesExperience defining functional and non-functional requirements based on business needsStrong understanding of software architecture, including performance, scalability, and security considerationsExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive technology decisionsStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholdersExcellent organizational skills, independence, and a proactive approach to problem-solvingStrong understanding of business needs and the ability to align IT solutions with strategic objectivesPassion for emerging technologies and a commitment to continuous learningNice to have: Knowledge of document management and workflow platforms (ECM, DMS, BPMS), OCR, electronic signatures, and AI/ML technologies (nice to have)Higher education in IT or a related field (nice to have)Ability to build and maintain strong relationships within and outside the organization
