Team members, backend developer, frontend developer, technical leader, devOps

Your responsibilities, Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Java or .NET to ensure reliable portal functionality., Design data models and integrate with relational or NoSQL databases to support portal features., Collaborate closely with front-end teams to define API contracts and ensure smooth integration., Build, deploy, and optimize containerized applications within Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift environments., Implement secure coding practices, conduct unit/integration testing, and integrate with CI/CD pipelines., Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, participating in on-call and support rotations., Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical design discussions to foster continuous improvement., Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability to meet evolving user needs.

5+ years of experience in backend software development with strong expertise in Java or .NET (Spring Boot / .NET Core preferred)., Proven experience building and consuming REST APIs., Hands-on experience with container technologies and orchestration tools—Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift., Working knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and query optimization., Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.

Optional, Experience with messaging or event-driven architectures using Kafka, MQ, etc., Domain experience in financial services, fund administration, or transfer agency., Exposure to cloud-native development practices.
