We are seeking a Senior Backend Enginee r to design and build core services for a modern enterprise security platform.

You will work across distributed systems and cloud‑ready backend components to deliver scalable capabilities for hybrid and on‑prem environments. The role is hands‑on, focused on secure architecture, end‑to‑end ownership, and high‑quality backend engineering. You will collaborate with product and architecture teams to deliver multi‑tenant solutions that strengthen protection against advanced identity‑based threats.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement threat‑detection capabilities using deep Active Directory and Entra ID expertise to monitor and analyze security threats in hybrid environments.
• Develop scalable backend services for on‑prem and SaaS deployments, contributing to architecture, integration, and high‑quality, maintainable code.
• Integrate identity‑security and data‑security capabilities across related product areas.
• Promote and optimize AI use to accelerate development and enhance threat detection, anomaly identification, and predictive analytics with focus on accuracy and interpretability.
• Collaborate with product, platform, and engineering teams to align technical work with business needs.
• Support junior engineers through reviews and knowledge sharing, fostering innovation and security‑first thinking.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of enterprise software development across on‑prem and SaaS products, including designing scalable systems and delivering software at scale.
• Strong background in distributed, modular and event‑driven architectures with proficiency in modern OOP languages and designing RESTful and asynchronous APIs.
• Experience with containerization and IaC using Docker, Kubernetes and infrastructure‑as‑code, plus solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and observability.
• High‑performance database experience including PostgreSQL and Entity Framework Core.
• Active Directory knowledge relevant to enterprise identity and access scenarios.
• Strong communication and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and SaaS security best practices, including experience developing products that support both on‑prem and SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with C# and the .NET ecosystem (.NET Core/.NET)
• Familiarity with threat detection methodologies, SIEM concepts and security frameworks.
• Experience with Entra ID and hybrid cloud identity solutions.
• Familiarity with machine learning applications in threat detection.
• Contributions to open-source projects or technical communities.
