About the project
We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join a team building high-performance real-time systems operating at scale.
You will be responsible for designing and developing backend solutions focused on low latency, high throughput and distributed architectures. You will work on production systems, contribute to technical decisions and help improve engineering practices around scalability, reliability and performance.
Your responsibilities
- Designing and developing backend services using https://jobeax.com/link/JSd7UYCSg572jJDY / TypeScript
- Building and maintaining real-time, distributed systems
- Developing scalable solutions focused on low latency and high throughput
- Taking ownership of backend components from design to production
- Working with AWS cloud infrastructure and production environments
- Collaborating with engineers on architecture, performance and reliability improvements
- Contributing to CI/CD processes and DevOps practices
- Ensuring reliable delivery of production-ready solutions
- Participating in technical discussions and improving engineering standards
Our requirements

- Experience building and maintaining real-time systems
- Hands-on experience with distributed systems
- Understanding of low-latency and high-throughput architectures
- Experience working with AWS
- Experience building and operating production systems at scale
- Good understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Proven track record of delivering solutions from development through production
Optional
- Experience with Kafka, streaming platforms or event-driven architectures
