Budujemy spójny model danych finansowych, dlatego szukamy analityka, który potrafi połączyć dogłębne rozumienie domeny finansowej z myśleniem produktowym. Będziesz mieć realny wpływ na fundamenty innowacyjnego narzędzia dla biznesu. Profil stanowiska Min. 5 lat doświadczenia na stanowisku Business Analyst, System Analyst lub Product Analyst lub dodatkowo Product Owner. Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu wywiadów i badań z użytkownikami. Dobrego rozumienia domeny finansowej lub księgowej (m.in. przepływy pieniężne, rozrachunki, należności/zobowiązania). Zdolności do zwięzłego i precyzyjnego dokumentowania wymagań. Zmysłu produktowego – umiejętności wyciągania strategicznych wniosków z analizy rynku, a nie tylko spisywania funkcji. AI – praktycznej znajomość narzędzi AI (takich jak: Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) Biegłej znajomości języka angielskiego Twoje zadania Analiza rynku i konkurencji – badanie dojrzałych rozwiązań Fintech i AI-native pod kątem najlepszych praktyk (m.in. interakcja na linii człowiek-AI, komunikowanie niepewności modelu, audytowalność podpowiedzi systemu) Analiza wymagań biznesowych – przekładanie potrzeb finansowych użytkowników na precyzyjne specyfikacje, definicje produktowe oraz logikę biznesową Współtworzenie scenariuszy walidacyjnych – ścisła współpraca z ekspertami dziedzinowymi (księgowość/finanse) przy tworzeniu zestawów testowych weryfikujących poprawność wyliczeń i prognoz systemu Współpraca z użytkownikami – udział w wywiadach i testach użyteczności na prototypach oraz przekładanie zebranych wniosków na rozwój produktu Praca w zespole produktowym – współpraca z architektami, projektantami UX i ekspertami domenowymi w celu zapewnienia wysokiej jakości oraz tzw. explainability (wyjaśnialności) wyników dostarczanych przez AI Dla Ciebie Prywatna opieka medyczna w Allianz - dostęp do specjalistów i badań diagnostycznych dla Ciebie i Twoich najbliższych System kafeteryjny - możesz wybrać pełne dofinansowanie do karty Multisport czy przeznaczyć środki na kulturę, wypoczynek lub sport i zakupy Możliwość pracy w modelu hybrydowym po okresie wdrożenia (2 dni pracy zdalnej, 3 dni pracy z biura) Możliwość korzystania z zaawansowanych narzędzi AI i Google Workspace Współpraca z różnymi zespołami kompetencyjnymi, która pozwoli Ci na poznanie nowych technologii i poszerzenie wiedzy w obszarze IT Profesjonalny rozwój zawodowy, realny wpływ na podejmowane decyzje biznesowe Udogodnienia dla rowerzystów/ rowerzystek (stojaki, szatnie, rowerownie, stacja naprawcza), a dla tych, co do pracy docierają samochodem – naziemny i podziemny parking
