Budżet: Otwarty (stawka uzależniona od poziomu kompetencji i doświadczenia – szukamy wybitnych ekspertów). Tryb Pracy: Hybrydowy – preferowana obecność 1 raz w tygodniu w biurze w Warszawie (dla topowych Kandydatów z innych miast możliwa elastyczność i wizyty np. 1 raz w miesiącu). Wymiar pracy: Full-time (współpraca długoterminowa), standardowe polskie godziny pracy. Dostępność: ASAP lub zgodnie z okresem wypowiedzenia. Sektor: Globalna branża motoryzacyjna (Automotive). Podróże służbowe: Sporadyczne (ok. 10% czasu) – głównie w obszarze Europy. Projekt: Dołączysz do zespołu budującego i optymalizującego potężną platformę danych SaaS dla lidera w branży automotive. Jako architekt (pełniąc funkcję technicznego lidera i mentora) przejmiesz pełną odpowiedzialność (end-to-end) za wdrożenie natywnej architektury opartej w 100% na Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – obejmującej systemy transakcyjne (OLTP), usługi dostarczania danych oparte na API oraz potężny Data Lakehouse oparty na BigQuery Proces rekrutacji: Rzeczowy i konkretny (łącznie 4 etapy). Po naszej krótkiej rozmowie wprowadzającej, kandydatura trafia do Klienta. Proces u Klienta składa się z 2 technicznych interview oraz 2 spotkań biznesowych (z VP of IT oraz z VP). Do Twoich głównych obowiązków na tym stanowisku należeć będzie: Kompleksowe projektowanie i nadzór nad architekturą platformy SaaS na GCP (systemy transakcyjne, ODS, integracje event-driven oraz analityczny Data Lake/Lakehouse). Projektowanie znormalizowanych (3NF) architektur OLTP (Cloud SQL/PostgreSQL, AlloyDB) z naciskiem na wysoką skalowalność dla środowisk multi-tenant. Definiowanie wzorców dostarczania danych z wykorzystaniem mikrousług i podejścia API-first (REST/GraphQL) oraz change data capture (Pub/Sub, Datastream). Projektowanie opartego na BigQuery hurtowni danych / Lakehouse, wspierającego zarówno przetwarzanie wsadowe (batch), jak i strumieniowe (Dataflow). Wdrażanie jednolitych mechanizmów governance i bezpieczeństwa (maskowanie, lineage, audyty) przy użyciu GCP Dataplex oraz kontroli dostępu w BigQuery. Wdrażanie narzędzi AI w cyklu życia inżynierii danych (np. Claude Code, Gemini Code Assist) oraz projektowanie fundamentów danych wspierających rozwiązania RAG i integrację modeli LLM (m.in. BigQuery Vector Search, Vertex AI) Oczekiwania: Minimum 10 lat doświadczenia w obszarze Inżynierii Danych / Architektury Danych, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem budowy platform SaaS. Głęboka, praktyczna znajomość ekosystemu Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Datastream, Cloud SQL/PostgreSQL). Ekspercka wiedza z zakresu modelowania danych relacyjnych (3NF) oraz projektowania zoptymalizowanych schematów dla rozwiązań chmurowych. Biegłość w zaawansowanym SQL (optymalizacja i strojenie zapytań w BigQuery) oraz języku Python. Doświadczenie w projektowaniu architektur rozproszonych opartych na zdarzeniach (Event-Driven) oraz mikrousługach (API-first, kontrakty danych). Otwartość na innowacje i znajomość rozwiązań z obszaru sztucznej inteligencji (Vertex AI, wyszukiwanie wektorowe). Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne i liderskie – potrafisz klarownie zaprezentować wizję architektoniczną technicznym deweloperom i biznesowym decydentom, będąc mentorem dla zespołu. Mile widziane: Certyfikacja: Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer lub Professional Machine Learning Engineer. Znajomość nowoczesnych narzędzi i podejść: Apache Kafka, dbt/Dataform, Apache Airflow/Cloud Composer. Doświadczenie z DevOps / CI/CD (GitLab, Jenkins) oraz Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
