Baxter seeks a Senior Demand Planner to lead monthly forecasting cycles and S&OP/SIOP processes for a complex product portfolio. The role requires advanced analytics expertise to support manufacturing, inventory, and supply chain planning across multiple markets and product lines.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly cross-functional demand planning and S&OP/SIOP cycles with consensus reviews
• Develop and maintain forecasting models for complex product portfolios using advanced analytics
• Analyze sales trends, demand drivers, forecast accuracy, and identify improvement opportunities
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams on forecasts and portfolio changes
• Drive process improvements and deliver training on demand planning methodologies

Requirements

• 4+ years supply chain planning and demand forecasting experience
• Advanced forecasting, mathematical, and statistical expertise
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional S&OP/SIOP processes
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
• Proficiency with demand planning software and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree and APICS certification preferred
• Knowledge of Rapid Response and Tableau advantageous

Compensation: 176,000 PLN minimum annually
