Senior DevOps Engineer SKILLS: AWS | Terraform | Kubernetes | Docker | Helm | Bash | Python/Go | CI/CD | Linux | Prometheus/Grafana | Security LOCATION: POZNAŃ (POLAND) PLN/h 170-190 Elastyczna hybryda (obecność w biurze w zależności od potrzeb; w niektórych okresach może to oznaczać ok. 1 dzień w tygodniu) Key Duties and Services: A Roadmap to Your Professional Success Scope of services: Designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud infrastructure on AWS (EKS, VPC, RDS, IAM) Developing and managing Infrastructure as Code with Terraform (module design, state management, refactoring) Administering Kubernetes clusters, Helm charts, and Ingress controllers Building automation scripts in Bash, Python, or Go Designing and managing CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions or GitLab CI, emphasizing automation and reliability Advanced Linux administration: performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting Setting up observability and monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana Conducting client consultations and understanding business requirements Ensuring cloud security best practices: AWS Security Hub, GuardDuty, WAF Managing secrets with HashiCorp Vault or AWS Secrets Manager Integrating SAST/DAST/container security scanning into pipelines Supporting compliance standards (SOC2, ISO27001) Here’s a set of skills we require: Cloud Expert: 5+ years of experience with AWS in a production environment (EKS, VPC, RDS, IAM) IaaC Master: Advanced proficiency with Terraform (module design, state management, refactoring) Container Orchestration: Deep knowledge of Kubernetes administration, including Helm charts and Ingress controllers Coding & Scripting: Strong Bash skills plus proficiency in Python or Go for automation tasks CI/CD Architect: Experience designing complex pipelines in GitHub Actions or GitLab CI, emphasizing automation and reliability Linux Internals: Advanced Linux administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting Observability: setting up comprehensive monitoring using the Grafana/Prometheus stack Experience in conducting client consultations and understanding client needs Security & DevSecOps (Strong Plus): Experience implementing Cloud Security best practices (AWS Security Hub, GuardDuty, WAF) Knowledge of Secret Management tools (HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager) Experience integrating security scanning (SAST/DAST/Container Scanning) into build pipelines Familiarity with compliance standards (SOC2, ISO27001) is a bonus Soft Skills & Mindset: Proactive, ownership-driven, and solution-oriented Strong problem-solving and architectural thinking End-to-end ownership: from infrastructure design to deployment and monitoring At least Upper-Intermediate level of English Nice to have: Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Knowledge of Google Workspace administration Career Advancement at Your Fingertips: Explore Opportunities with Us By joining us you will get: Flexible cooperation hours and hybrid flexibility Private medical healthcare offered by Luxmed Benefit System - MultiSport Card An inspiring, modern workplace with a great atmosphere based on the nordic working culture Our main office in Poznan (Poland): In-house gym Underground parking for bicycles, and scooters, including electric chargers Best-equipped kitchen - daily fresh fruit & vegetables, great coffee and a fantastic choice of tea, nuts & cereals Espeo Day: regular lunch or breakfast & office integration We are animal friendly Navigating the Hiring Process: What does the recruitment process for that position look like?
