About the project, As a CloudOps/DevOps Engineer at QualityMinds, you will maintain and improve cloud environments and deployment processes, with a strong focus on CI/CD automation and system reliability.

Your responsibilities, You will work on monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance infrastructure and workflows. At least 10 years of professional IT experience, 7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles, Strong practical experience with Terraform, Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), Proficiency in scripting with Python and Bash, Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), Experience with observability, monitoring and logging (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, OpenTelemetry, Datadog, New Relic), Familiarity with developer tools and middleware integration, Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset, Good understanding of DevOps methodologies and Agile development environments, Strong Linux system skills and familiarity with networking fundamentals, Fluent German (minimum C1 level) and good English (minimum B2 level) skills
