- At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Production Support, or a related role
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes
- Good understanding of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability solutions used in large-scale systems
- Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools used for automated build, test, and deployment processes
- Familiarity with GitOps methodologies and related tools such as ArgoCD, FluxCD, or similar solutions
- Scripting or programming skills in languages such as Python, Bash, Go, or equivalent
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with a minimum of 6 days per month from the Kraków office
