About the project, Erlang Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior Elixir Developer to join a customer-facing project team and work closely with the customer’s engineering organization., , Location: Remote first, based in Poland, Reports to: Business Unit Leader, Poland

Your responsibilities, Develop reliable, secure and scalable software systems tailored to customer needs, Provide technical input to support project planning and estimation, Advise customers on architecture, technologies and best practices, Troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues in customer environments, Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with team members

Minimum 8 years of experience as an Elixir Developer, Strong knowledge of Elixir, Phoenix and OTP, Experience working with Git and Linux environments, Practical knowledge of SQL databases, like PostgreSQL and MySQL, Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to task execution, Excellent communication skills, Ability to work collaboratively and share knowledge within a team, High level of independence, responsibility, and results-oriented mindset

Optional, Experience building applications with Phoenix LiveView, Familiarity with React or https://jobeax.com/link/tzGekrj9a8ToGEDv, Knowledge of TypeScript, Familiarity with NoSQL databases, like MongoDB, Redis, Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes
