Senior End-User Support Engineer w Warszawa, Polska

We're currently on the hunt for a Senior End-User Support Engineer to help reinforce our EPAM Warsaw Team. The ideal person for this role brings creative thinking together with polished communication and people management capabilities.

Please note that this position requires being on-site at the Warsaw office all five working days each week.

Assist end users located on-site through a combination of in-person and remote support methods Take charge of configuring and installing computer hardware, systems, printers, and scanning devices Work closely with service providers and network engineering staff to sort out technical difficulties Keep meeting room equipment properly maintained and consistently operational Make sure tickets are handled within SLA requirements and expected response times Direct software installation efforts and resolve any accompanying technical obstacles Oversee incident tickets throughout their complete lifecycle, from initial report to final closure Conduct upkeep within the server room to keep equipment performing dependably Manage the arrangement and organization of cabling for IT hardware Comply with documented IT Work Instructions while performing routine responsibilities Keep hardware inventory documentation accurate and consistently refreshed A minimum of 4 years of experience in a comparable position Capability in Network Fundamentals and troubleshooting methods for diagnosing and resolving connectivity concerns Demonstrated skill in Windows Endpoint Administration covering workstation management and upkeep Strong familiarity with IT Service Operations Fundamentals that contributes to effective service delivery Background applying Microsoft Intune Support Essentials toward device and endpoint management Excellent communication abilities combined with a strong problem-solving mindset Eagerness to pick up new technologies and adapt quickly when facing fresh challenges Capacity to perform well under demanding or high-pressure circumstances Intermediate-level English proficiency Willingness to follow guidance provided by the direct supervisor Background working with macOS and Linux operating environments Familiarity with Remote Access Tools to support systems from a distance
