Senior Full Stack Engineer with AI (Healthcare) w Warszawa, Polska

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with AI to help design, develop, and operate modern cloud-based applications for the healthcare domain. In this role, you will work across Front-end, Back-end, and DevOps domains while designing and integrating AI-powered features into business applications used by doctors and clinics. The position requires hands-on commercial experience with modern AI and LLM technologies. Customer Our Customer operates in the medical domain and develops applications for doctors and clinics. Project The project combines Full-Stack development, cloud-native engineering, DevOps practices, and the integration of AI-powered capabilities into healthcare applications. TECHNOLOGY STACK React, Angular Java/Spring Boot, Python, C#Kafka, Terraform Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD Azure OpenAI or similar AI platforms Requirements Senior-level Full-Stack Engineer with 6+ years of commercial experience Strong Front-end expertise with React or Angular Strong Back-end expertise in Java/Spring Boot, Python, or C# At least 1 year of hands-on commercial experience developing and integrating AI-powered features into software products Practical experience building AI agents, intelligent workflows, or automation solutions Practical experience with modern LLM ecosystems and AI platforms, such as Azure OpenAI or similar Experience with cloud-native architectures and DevOps practices Demonstrated practical use of AI tools in software engineering Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical background Strong English communication skills Responsibilities Develop and maintain modern web applications Design, develop, and integrate AI-powered features into business applications Build AI agents, intelligent workflows, and automation solutions Work with modern LLM platforms and AI development tools Build and operate cloud-native services with a strong focus on reliability, security, and scalability Collaborate with Product, UX, Architecture, and Engineering teams Drive engineering excellence and AI adoption within development teams
